The hotel was not up to the 4-star standard as expected, with positives including well-equipped rooms featuring a TV and comfortable beds, along with super friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms needed some painting, and the table light was quite weak. Despite these drawbacks, the suite was spacious.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-equipped for the price, but they were too small for a couple. However, the standard room I stayed in was cold and had no heating. The service was a bit of a hit or miss – while some staff members were horrible, ignorant, and rude, one of them was extra friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for catching a flight from GRU but a bit rough overall. The dining options had some good and bad points, with a mix of pleasant and unpleasant flavors in the croissants. Overall, there were both positives and negatives to my stay.

Upon check-in, I found a spacious room with a large double bed, a loveseat, and a counter that ran the whole length of the room. The bathroom and toilet were clean, and I got fresh air by opening the window in the room. The hotel's location, about 8km from the GRU airport, offers a convenient stay close to the airport with good value for money.
The hotel rooms were small but modern, clean, and nice, offering a chance for some welcome fresh air. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making the stay perfect. However, the size of the rooms could be a drawback, but overall a great experience.
